Paper Trading First (Strong Recommendation)

Before risking real capital, we strongly recommend that all users practice with paper trading (simulated or demo accounts) to understand our signal styles (Sniper, Stalker, Hunter), your execution workflow, and your risk tolerance. Proceed to live trading only after you are consistently comfortable with your process and risks.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using piphuntr.com, our Telegram channels, or any related content, tools, or communications (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use, Risk Disclosure, and Disclaimer (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Educational Content — Not Investment Advice

• All information, including signals, commentary, statistics, and examples, is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
• Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or instrument, or to adopt any investment strategy.
• PipHuntr does not consider your individual objectives, financial situation, or needs. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

3) Risks of Trading

• Trading in financial markets involves significant risk. You can lose some or all of your capital.
• Leverage, short selling, derivatives, and volatile instruments (including but not limited to small caps and crypto-related securities) can magnify losses.
• Slippage, gaps, execution delays, outages, and data errors may materially impact results.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4) Signals & Data Limitations

• Signals may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, withdrawn, or changed without notice.
• Public (“Free”) content may include limited details (e.g., symbol, side, timeframe) while full details may be available only to VIP members.
• Statistics and performance summaries may be estimates, simplified, or rounded. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee it.
• We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the Service, including during outages, maintenance, or third-party failures (data feeds, APIs, Telegram, hosting, etc.).

5) No Brokerage or Advisory Relationship

PipHuntr is not an investment firm, broker, dealer, or investment advisor, does not hold client funds or execute trades, and does not provide personalized advice. You are responsible for choosing your broker, managing orders, and complying with any applicable rules (e.g., pattern day-trader rules, margin requirements, local regulations, and tax obligations).

6) Eligibility

• Use of the Service is intended for individuals aged 18+.
• You are responsible for ensuring the Service is permitted under the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

7) Subscriptions, Access & Fair Use

• VIP access (if offered) is a subscription to additional educational content. Pricing, features, and availability may change.
• You agree not to share, resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish our content or access credentials. One subscription is for one individual.
• We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for suspected abuse, redistribution, or violation of these Terms.

8) Refunds

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific offer, all digital subscriptions and access fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@piphuntr.com.

9) Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, signals, brand assets (including the PipHuntr name and logo), layouts, graphics, and code are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal educational use only.

10) Privacy (Emails & Messaging)

• If you submit your email (e.g., via Formspree), we store it to send updates, onboarding, or service notices. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may use reputable third-party tools (e.g., email providers, form processors) to operate the Service.
• Communication over the internet (including email and Telegram) is not guaranteed secure; avoid sending sensitive information.

11) Third-Party Links & Tools

The Service may reference or link to third-party content, APIs, brokers, data providers, or platforms (e.g., Telegram). We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.

12) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipHuntr and its owners, partners, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm ARISING OUT OF or related to your use of the Service.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PipHuntr and its owners, partners, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service, and we may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we post updates. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland and applicable EU law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Helsinki, Finland. If you access the Service from outside Finland, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
